Mondrian Alpha is partnering with an industry-recognized CIO, whose fund has a strong presence in fixed income RV, volatility and commodities markets. The firm has achieved a very successful track-record of positive returns and is currently experiencing a period of astonishing growth in AUM.
The CIO is looking to make a very strategic hire, who will join the team in London and will be responsible for shaping the direction of the fund’s strategy, from a perspective of risk management and trading. The successful candidate will take ownership of high performing trading desks and will be actively involved in the investment process. This hire will be working closely with the Head of the London office, reporting directly into the CIO of the fund.
This is a unique opportunity for the hire to establish themselves within a rapidly expanding hedge fund, offering incredible growth opportunities within the management team of the firm.
My client is open minded on budget. The typical candidate that the firm is targeting for this is looking for £500K TC on average, but there is plenty of scope to provide any hire with a very attractive year one package depending on their skills and compensation expectations.
