What you'll do:
- Collaborate with Product Owners to turn business requirements into technical requirements and assisting in crafting customer contact journeys
- Develop sophisticated routing solutions and features
- Provide 2nd line support for the contact centre estate
- Develop sophisticated self-service voice applications automating customer journeys and account actions
- Crafting and maintaining change documentation, application flows and process guides
- Find opportunities to streamline and improve existing services and capabilities
- Work with stakeholders to help define estimates and schedules for changes to be taken through the pre-production environments
What you'll bring:
- A background that encompasses a breadth of contact centre technologies (Genesys inbound/outbound and LivePerson messaging )
- A technical understanding of Genesys Interaction Routing Designer, Composer and LivePerson messaging
- Adaptable to change and the ability to promote new ideas
- An understanding of Java Script, GCP and SQL.
- An understanding of Nuance natural language development
- Experienced in working in a dynamic, fast paced team which involves multiple work-streams
- Strong analytical skills, applicable to complex contact solutions
- The ability to communicate and influence at all levels
