If you are considering sending an application, make sure to hit the apply button below after reading through the entire description.

Are you a rural surveyor that is fed up of having to put profits before professional integrity? Is your remuneration package split into bonuses, car allowance and salary? Would you like the opportunity to work for a medium sized independent firm that has a fantastic reputation, won't split your remuneration package into pieces that then can't be used for your pension or sting you with company car tax.

The Role

With a broad client base and range of disciplines, there is plenty of opportunities for any rural surveyor who wants to work for an independent firm. Planning policies change but traditional values of looking after your clients don't.

By joining a growing team you will take on a body of work immediately, where the quality of work is valued and doing the right thing as much as how many clients you serve.

Ideal candidate

Someone who enjoys variation in their role and doesn't want to be pigeonholed into one area of work. There is the ability to become an expert in a field but the strength of the company is built on a foundation of broad knowledge. You will enjoy jumping from one topic to another as you walk around a client's site, from subsidies to utilities to lettings. There is an opportunity if you have a couple of years of experience up to 12 years PQE!

Key Skills:

Keen interested in a wide range of rural issues
MRICS
Able to hit the ground running
Enjoys working with a small supportive team
Enjoys talking to a range of clients
