£99,000 - £99,000 per annum Indemnity + BMA model contract
A new opportunity with an exceptionally well-run practice, based in Clapham. The surgery is highly regarded in the local community and has a dynamic and mainly young team of GPs, who work coherently in a very team focused and supportive culture. The surgery is a GP Training practice and is committed to education and supporting specialist interests, including progression to partnership in the next few years.
Salary – £11,000+ per session, negotiable depending on experience, special interests or leadership focus + BMA model contract + 6 weeks annual leave + 1 week study leave + NHS pension.
Location – Clapham, South West London
The surgery –
- GP Training practice
- Exceptionally well run with 5 GP Partners and a Managing Partner.
- Agile, proactive practice, seek to continuously improve for patients and employees.
- Weekly clinical meeting (clinical time booked-out to accommodate this)
- Supportive working environment – specialist interests encouraged, including leadership and progression to partnership in the next few years.
- Purpose-built practice
- Practice Prescribing Pharmacists and extended multi-disciplinary team.
- Low admin – EZDoc practice – 6 documents average per day for GPs.
- Highly recommended by patients.
Your role –
- 15 appointments per session – mainly f2f, with options for the patient to have a telephone consultation, if appropriate.
- Men’s health special interest – highly desirable.
- Experienced GP – desirable.
- Supervision of multi-disciplinary clinicians.
- Low visiting due to the young demographic.
- Reduction of paperwork due to practice using EZDoc for workflow management

- £11,000+ per session (negotiable, depending on experience, leadership input and special interests).
- BMA model contract including MAT leave and CPD time.
