The roleWe’re looking for a Sales Account Bid & Tender Manager to join our all-star team. The ideal candidate will have sufficient bid writing experience with an all-round can-do attitude.The role will involve bid writing in response to a range of Government and public sector procurements through varied frameworks. You will work with the wider team to develop compelling bid responses, drawing on the expertise and experience of our senior management team.Within the role, there is scope to get involved in wider bid management activities. This could include helping teams to prepare for bid presentations, leading practice exercises and Q&A scenarios. Experience pricing bids is essential.What you'll do within our teams:Review and analyse tender documents to understand requirementsWork with the wider team to identify and understand win themes and USPsDevelop bid storyboards to provide a structured bid responseWrite bid responses, drawing on previous tenders and SMEsReview, feedback and edit bid responses as appropriateSupport bid management activities as requiredYou'll suit this role if:you can coordinate multiple priorities in parallelExperience in the construction or environmental industry.you are highly organised and have a good attention to detailyou have strong written and verbal communication skillsyou enjoy working in a fast-paced environment to tight deadlinesyou want to learn and are naturally inquisitiveyou are a problem-solver and enjoy challenging the status quoyou are a team player collaborate well with othersDemonstrable track record of successful bid submissionsDemonstrable experience/training in storytelling techniquesExperience of responding to Government Framework Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Office Based Salary: £35,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
