Sales Manager – Europe & Middle East Location: London, UK Hybrid Reports to: Head of Sales As the Sales Manager for Europe & the Middle East, you will be responsible for driving new business development and expanding the company's presence across the region. You will work closely with key stakeholders, nurturing relationships and building long-term partnerships to accelerate revenue growth. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Europe and the Middle East, aligned with the company's growth objectives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and strategic partnerships. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring that revenue targets are met or exceeded. Conduct market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the brand and generate leads. Provide regular sales forecasts, reporting, and market feedback to senior management. Proven track record of success in B2B sales, ideally within the maritime, energy, or technology sectors. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Proficiency in CRM tools, data analytics, and sales reporting. Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory. Experience in maritime technology, sustainability, or SaaS sales. Competitive salary and commission structure.
