In this role, you'll target strategic accounts, utilizing an entrepreneurial approach to build pipelines, create, and close opportunities. Employing a consultative, value-based selling method, you'll leverage our award-winning products and broader portfolio to deliver value to customers. Drawing on your industry knowledge and expertise in enterprise software sales, you'll identify and qualify deals, leading to sales opportunities within our existing customer base.

This position is within a high-growth market unit undergoing transformational growth, both organically and through acquisitions. We're a dynamic business challenging industry norms, disrupting global enterprise software standards often accepted by our competitors.

Our go-to-market strategy focuses on geographical and key industry verticals within a matrixed sales organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute sales strategies effectively and continuously refine them.
  • Develop, own, and execute the Go-To-Market Strategy for designated industries.
  • Create and maintain Territory Plans for agreed verticals.
  • Craft Account Plans, including deal action cards, mutual evaluation plans, and power maps for named accounts.
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales process, including demand generation, understanding customer needs, leading the RFI/RFP process, and utilizing resources within a matrix organization to achieve success.
  • Collaborate with partners to enhance penetration into accounts, developing joint sales initiatives that accelerate deal cycles and maximize value.
  • Hold 100% responsibility for meeting annual sales targets and delivering quarterly budgets.
  • Continuously build pipelines and generate demand to achieve 4x pipeline coverage.
  • Foster strong internal networks and collaboration with Sales leadership and Global teams.
  • Ensure complete CRM and Account hygiene, maintain sales cadence, and provide accurate reporting for forecasting.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in enterprise software sales, meeting quota targets across assigned geographic markets and industries.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with curiosity and resilience.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems with a commitment to data hygiene and accurate reporting.
  • Understanding and appreciation of the sales process, including cadence, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding quotas.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Comfort working within a matrix-rich organization, building relationships, and leveraging support to achieve goals.
