Job Description

Remote preferred time zone: (GMT+00:00) London +/- 2 hours

£30,000-£35,000 base - Up to £45,000 OTE (With the potential for higher)

The Role

The ideal candidate will be a driven, confident and passionate individual who wants to use their exceptional interpersonal skills to inspire businesses to take positive environmental action. You will play a central role in the growth of the business and be a key point of contact for current and prospective clients. You will work closely with one of the founders to support the current sales process whilst also building out your own pipeline and managing inbound leads. On top of this, a small portion of the role will also support customer success to ensure onboarded clients' needs are met, their accounts are used to full effect, and are upsold on new features. A passion and knowledge for sustainable practices and a desire to take action on climate change are huge bonuses.

Your Mission

Support the current sales activities of the company through lead generation, email outreach and cold/warm calling.

Prospect leads & manage your own pipeline.

Take ownership of the inbound leads process.

Meet with clients via virtual, phone and in-person meetings.

Work to targets that help maximise company growth and your own earning potential.

Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs.

Analyse and report on the success of sales activity.

Provide support and guidance to the current client base to deal with issues and ensure the success of each account.

Build relationships with customers, industry professionals and relevant leads.

Attend relevant events and promote the business in person.

Stay up-to-date with digital technology and sustainability trends and news.

Your Experience

Proven work experience within a sales role is essential (2+ years ideal).

Customer success experience is also preferable.

Highly driven with an ability to identify target customers, qualify leads, and execute across the full sales process.

Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and prospects.

Experience running sales campaigns to deliver results against monthly KPIs.

Attention to detail, critical thinker, and problem-solver.
