We are in search of a digital guru, proactive Campaign Manager who will lead the development and execution of multi-touch omni-channel campaigns globally. You will be connecting prospects with RETN's cutting-edge products.The ideal candidate will be autonomous, possess stakeholder and vendor management experience, and demonstrate strategic thinking with a proven track record of planning and executing digital campaigns across various platforms. Reporting directly to the Group Marketing Director, the Campaign Manager will have the autonomy to make a significant impact, supported by our game-changing marketing team.

We are now looking for a Sales Manager for our CEE region to strengthen our team. As a Sales Manager you are expected to take the lead in your approach to sales activity, engagement strategy, uncovering and closing opportunities. Your responsibility will include the development of the growth strategy for the region. In this role you are supported by our international team of sales and technical experts.

Responsibilities
• • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets

• Plan and organise all related sales activities starting from prospecting through to closing deals

• Prospect for new business and new logo's using various tools and resources

• Retain existing accounts and expanding solution utilisation, maintain and develop the customer pipeline

• Provide excellent service and support to our partners and build trusted relationships that drive long-term sales growth

• In cooperation with your Regional Commercial Director produce monthly reports including both current and proposed activities, revenue status, and revenue forecast

• Ensure sales documentation to support revenue booking are duly signed

• Support management with market related information

Job requirements
• • Passionate about contacting and meeting people and creating solutions that benefit the company and the customer

• Show true interest in modern technologies regardless of the field

• Experience in business development & account management

• Strong presentation and communication skills, spoken and written

• Excellent English language skills

• Be able to conduct challenging business and commercial conversations with customers in a positive manner

• Be a team player who is also able to work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of telecommunications, IT or related field

• Educational background in a relevant field (Bachelor's or Master's degree)
