What's the role?

As the Order Processor, you'll play a crucial role in the supply chain function, managing high-volume orders, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining professional relationships with stakeholders.


Duties will include:

  • Mastering the art of inbox organization and customer query distribution, ensuring no enquiry goes unanswered.
  • Processing orders and ensuring their accuracy before release.
  • Engage customers through outbound calls, clarifying queries and ensuring orders are precisely tailored to their needs.
  • Take ownership of your order book, ensuring routine checks and keeping customers informed throughout the collection and processing journey.

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in data entry or order processing is advantageous but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail.
