Job Description
We are seeking a Korean-speaking Sales Analyst to join a well-established team at a tier-1 consumer electronics brand.
This opportunity will suit an individual with a high sales and administrative background, as this role will require supporting the wider support team in a high-volume environment.
This role will:
- Create weekly and monthly reports based on accurate sales information, understanding the targets of the team, and tracking sales goals.
- Devise sales-related documentation which includes: quotations, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Establish relationships with customers and vendors, following up on invoicing and processing sales activities.
- Resolve any sales related issues with the UK team and wider HQ.
- Generate contract and invoices, manage the whole process and updating contact information when needed.
- Additional ad-hoc administrative tasks, i.e - providing the wider team with necessary documentation.
We are looking for:
- Fluent in speaking Korean and English, both verbal and written communication.
- Experienced working in a large, high-transactional organisation.
- Background in sales, administration or analytics.
- Analytical mindset with an in-depth understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel).
- Confident communicator with the ability to work across multiple areas and support business needs.
The role is based in the London area and is a hybrid role allowing you to work 3 days in the office, and 2 days working from home.
