Job Description

Sales Account Manager (UK)(Business Development Manager) As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the relationship with existing partners as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to distribute our accommodation inventory in Europe. This role requires a combination of strong sales skills, relationship management and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry. Assess and evaluate to ensure they meet the criteria for partnership, including integration methods (direct API, platforms), financial terms, and distribution channels. (2) Client Relationship Management: 3) Account Management: Develop and implement upselling strategies to increase booking volume within existing accounts. Regularly assess account performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures. Provide regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends. Conduct in-depth analysis of account data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. Be creative in finding solutions to enhance commercial, technical and operational performance. Use CRM to maintain an accurate database of contracts, activities, and communication with clients. Act as a brand ambassador for RTX in your region (4) Internal Stakeholder Management: Extensive Industry Network: You should have a vast network and established relationships within the hotel distribution industry. Strong Sales and Account Management Skills: Strong track record of acquiring new clients and increasing revenue within existing accounts. Adaptability: you can be flexible and adapt to changing priorities and requirements as our industry is constantly evolving. Excellent Communication Skills: Display strong communication skills with a genuine desire to provide assistance and support to both clients and internal teams. Knowledge of our industry: experience in B2B sales, with background in Travel wholesale or OTA or Travel Tech is desired. Maintain self-discipline and continuously improve to be the best in your field. --Hypothesize → Practice → Validate → Shikumika: Make and execute concrete, specific action plans. --Always seek to improve the customer experience. --Possesses excellent oral and written proficient in English.  Demonstrates 3-5 years of experience in the Travel / Accommodation industry.  Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce will be an added advantage. Familiarity with XML/API integrations is highly advantageous. Strong relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to travel when necessary.
