The Opportunity:



This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to forge a career in commercial sales and would suit an ambitious, focused and target driven individual. Reporting directly into the Partnership Manager this role is responsible for driving sales week in week out throughout the year.



The role will focus on the sale of corporate and charity entries of theseven LimeLight Sports Club Original events and requires an individual with confidence to contact companies and charities who are likely to enter teams of varying sizes across the portfolio against a stretching



Primary Responsibilities



Key responsibilities will include:



• Identify, research and create a pipeline of new corporate and charities

• Contact those on the pipeline to hit sales targets agreed per event

• Work with colleagues to create compelling sales materials e.g., sales brochures, websites

• Ensure sales reporting is always up to date and accurate

• Production of regular reports on sales income streams

• Attend relevant industry events, whether physical or digital, to create new sales leads

• Making sure everyone in the team understands the value of proposition is, so they can have coherent conversations within their networks

• Liaise with the Marketing team to ensure effective support is given to any sales campaigns and have a proactive, target oriented approach

• Work closely with the Finance team to ensure efficient billing and payment plans

• Work collaboratively and openly within the LimeLight Sports team

• Work closely with the Event team in the lead-up and on the day to be familiar of each event



What you’ll need:



This role would suit someone who exudes the following qualities:



• A track record in driving sales (ideally 1 year B2B)

• Resilience, specially when under pressure to meet targets

• Self determination and ambition

• Confident presentation and communication skills

• A positive, pro-active outlook

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

• Great team ethos

• Excellent financial acumen and the ability to be about to analyse financial data

• A passion for participation sport and the active world, and a good understand of the mass participation sports landscape target.Working closely with the Commercial Team, this role will be responsible for the production of timely financial reports for Senior Managers, to ensure that everyone can support and help keep the energy around these distinct income streams high
