Purpose of this role
A Sales & Marketing Assistant is responsible for ensuring that our Sales and Marketing operations are smooth and effective.
Responsibilities
- CRM maintenance:
- Responsibility for the management of our contact databases (Salesforce and Hubspot), i.e.:
- Become the internal expert on how the systems are used within Undo: workflows, data, report building, etc.
- Liaise with external agencies for bespoke development and licence admin of the systems.
- Responsible for data hygiene i.e. ensuring the sales team maintains data accuracy and quality within our databases.
- Tasks include online research, updating contact records, identifying data quality issues and remediating them.
- Marketing support:
- Assist with events organisation and logistics
- Source and order merchandise and events material
- Assist with list building (e.g. after events, lead research etc.)
- Running and maintaining reports
- Carry out various small research projects
- Sales Support
- Assistance in preparation of standard sales proposals
Experience
- Some exposure with a reasonably complex data management system e.g. Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.
- Experience in events coordination
- Experience working with LinkedIn

- Technically-minded
Skills (optional)
- An understanding of our target audience (software developers)
- Familiarity with Hubspot
- Familiarity with the Wordpress CMS
- Familiarity with posting on social media
