As the SaaS Sales and Marketing Director for Concerto, you will spearhead our efforts to expand within the public sector, especially targeting the NHS and local authorities, while also breaking new ground in the private sector. This strategic role demands a visionary leader who can blend sophisticated sales tactics with robust marketing strategies, aiming to elevate our market presence and achieve significant growth in both existing and new market segments.

And as a Saas Sales and Marketing Director with Concerto, you’ll do it by…

  • Strategic Market Expansion: Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that drive penetration into the private sector while strengthening our position in the public sector. This includes setting ambitious sales targets and formulating long-term strategic plans.
  • Sales Leadership and Revenue Growth: Take charge of the overall sales targets, ensuring they are met or exceeded. This involves detailed analysis of sales performance and adjustment of strategies to optimise outcomes.
  • Group Proposition: Ensure Concerto customers understand the Bellrock Group proposition and build a Sales and Marketing function that identifies opportunity for up-sell and cross-sell of wider group services.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture lasting relationships with key customers and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and they are engaged with our product offerings.
  • Marketing Oversight: Lead the marketing team in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that boost brand visibility and market penetration. Oversee promotional activities, content creation, and campaign execution enforcing and increasing the brand of the Concerto product.
  • Team Building and Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor the sales and marketing team, fostering an environment of high performance and continuous professional growth. Hold team members to account and provide coaching and leadership to ensure retention of employees is high.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product development, customer success, and other internal teams to align sales and marketing strategies with broader business objectives.

  • Proven SaaS Expertise: Extensive experience in the SaaS industry with a successful track record in scaling sales operations and entering new markets. 5 Years+ in similar role with proven track record. Beneficial to have an understanding the prop-tech market sector however experience in a related SaaS sector with similar complexity to the Concerto product offering might be suitable.
  • Leadership and Communication: Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team. Strong communication skills are essential for effective negotiation and customer interactions.
  • Strategic and Analytical Thinking: Strong capability in strategic planning and data analysis, with a knack for identifying market trends and leveraging opportunities.
  • Adaptability and Innovation: Ability to adapt to rapidly changing markets and to innovate sales and marketing tactics in response to new challenges.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is required; a Master’s degree or equivalent is preferred.

Working arrangements
