We have big plans to bring pure fibre internet services to thousands of residents and businesses across Kent, utilising our Vfast and brands.

Our Head of Sales will work within the management team to help lead the group into our new future, and facilitate our growth strategy making our ambitious plans come to fruition.

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will work within a small team responsible for:

  • Building a dynamic and buzzing sales team who are in it to win it
  • Creating a structure and implementing strategies to support your team to succeed
  • Retaining existing customers by ensuring they are receiving next level service
  • Management of existing customers and ensuring their services exceed their needs
  • Acquiring new business across our B2B and B2C brands
  • Reporting back to the SLT regularly with progress and targets
  • Working in complete alignment with our Head of Marketing to plan and execute on strategies to support our growth plans

We are seeking someone to really take ownership of the role while being able to work alongside colleagues in a collaborative way to ensure maximum effectiveness. Taking suggestions and recommendations while being able to stay focussed to achieve our goals.

Your history within the Telecoms industry, along with your experience of selling into a diverse market will make you a perfect addition to the team. You will have experience in coaching, developing, and supporting others, allowing you to assist the team as they continue to grow.

You understand that hard work and persistence leads to success. Your proven history, inspirational attitude, and ability to present, negotiate and persuade others will ensure your customers, prospects, and the team value your opinions and ideas.

With a strong focus on adherence to process, you possess a flair for improving and enhancing existing methods, along with challenging the norm.

Your previous success has been driven by your solid and proactive sales focused mindset; you understand that exceeding targets is non-negotiable if performance and profitability are to be maximised. All of this you will be able to demonstrate to us by offering examples and insight into your previous roles and your success within them.
