Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive- London venue!
Location: London
Salary: £30,000 + Bonus
I am working with an events venue full of character based in the heart of London who are looking for a Sales and Marketing Executive to assist the Head of Sales and Marketing with selling, planning and coordinating events. This role is a sales & planning focused role so perfect for someone who has experience within venue sales.
Key responsibilities:
- Responding to all enquiries within a timely manor
- Take responsibility for the end-to-end event planning
- Conduct client show-rounds to the highest standard
- Be responsible for post-event follow ups with all clients in order to gain repeat business
- Work closely with the external catering company overseeing the client’s requirements
- Assist the Head of Events with Marketing with duties as they arise
- Attend networking events and exhibitions to promote the venue and generate new leads
Skills and Experience:
- Previous sales experience from an events or hospitality background
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
- A real team player
- Strong organisational skills and detail orientated
- Super personable!
