Role requirements:

  • Daily calls to potential landlords and sellers
  • Conduct market appraisals for listings
  • List properties on our CRM system Reapit
  • Qualify clients and arrange viewings
  • Acting as a negotiator and find suitable outcomes for both parties
  • Maintain regular contact with clients and build a strong relationship based on trust and transparency
  • Keep record of properties, clients, and owners


What you will need:

  • Demonstrated success in UK real estate
  • A genuine passion for real estate and a willingness to expand your knowledge.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Self-motivation and a strong work ethic.
  • A collaborative, proactive, and energetic approach.
