Job Title: Customer Service Sales Advisor Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, plus Saturday mornings on 1 in 4 rota basis Location: Alcester (must be able to drive) Have you got automotive experience or a keen interest within this sector? My client is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their team as a Customer Service Sales Advisor. Key duties and responsibilities: Delivering fantastic customer service both face-to-face and over the phone. Scheduling appointments and managing internal diaries. Coordinating with internal departments to ensure necessary resources are available. Providing customers with progress updates and resolving queries. Updating the CRM and maintaining accurate records. Upselling additional services and providing estimates. Skills and Experience Required: At least 1 year experience within customer service and sales. Excellent communication both written and verbal. Proficient with computer systems. Automotive experience or a keen personal interest within this industry. Drivers License required.
