Title:Senior Sales AssistantCompany Description:Our client is a prestigious fine jewellery and watch company.Location: Oxford Street, LondonResponsibilities: Consistently strives to meet sales targets through effective selling techniques and teamwork.Contributes significantly to boutique sales by consistently achieving targets and delivering memorable in-store experiences.Actively supports and coaches team members on the floor.Shares knowledge about the watch industry and local market competition.Promotes all sales channels to ensure an outstanding customer experience.Suggests new ideas to boost sales through operational action plans.Keeps collective store targets in mind and supports the team in achieving them.Utilizes resources to build long-lasting personal connections with clients.Represents the brand passionately, acting as an ambassador inside and outside the boutiqueThinks creatively beyond individual sales objectives, leveraging provided tools.Collects qualitative client data to create personalized strategies for business growth and shares best practices.Adheres to retail and administrative processes.Contributes to daily operations with full autonomy and agility.Efficiently uses all tools and performs visual merchandising.Is proficient in aftersales operations and proactively solves complex cases.Plays a key role in maintaining high store standards and provides improvement recommendations.Ensures compliance with internal control policies.
