Pippa Small Jewellery is seeking a dynamic, charismatic, and experienced high-end retail professional on a full-time basis for our boutique in Notting Hill, London.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a high standard of customer service
- Convert new clients & retain existing clients via outreach, follow-up and providing superior customer service
- Grow & maintain extensive client book
- Demonstrate superior interpersonal & communication talent
- Carry out additional tasks as requested by the management
Personal Profile
- A minimum of 4 years luxury retail sales experience, preferably within a jewellery environment
- Passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Positive, 'can do' attitude and willingness to be involved with all projects.
- Highly organised and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure clear effective communication with all management and colleagues.
- Enthusiastic with a passion for jewellery.
Further details
- Working hours are from 10am to 6pm
- Four to five days a week Monday to Saturday.
