We are hiring Sales Consultants to join our UK Retail Sales teams!

Are you a sales professional who enjoys engaging with customers and working with a high degree of autonomy? As a Sales Consultant, you will drive conversion through lead follow-up, interface with customers, create and post social media content, and more. We are looking for a self-starter who takes initiative and is passionate about sales!


YOUR RIPPLE EFFECT

  • Can you help drive our sales efforts? You will be responsible for achieving various showroom metrics such as personal KPI targets, favorable sales mix, company ASPs, and revenue and unit targets. You will support the Showroom Manager in performing regular lead follow-up to increase conversion.
  • Do you have prior experience with a CRM system? You will use Salesforce to deliver lead conversion of 25%, support local marketing campaigns, and increase footfall and sales opportunities.
  • Do you have excellent follow-through and organizational skills? You will be responsible for following up on leads; to drive conversion, it’s critical that you are agile and prompt in your follow-up and can maintain accurate, detailed records. Exceptional organizational skills are a must.
  • Do you enjoy collaborating with others? You will be an active participant in company trainings to reinforce product knowledge and create best practices in the showrooms.
  • Do you take pride in your work? We’ll rely on you to ensure the showroom is clean, well-organized, and safe, and customers are satisfied and properly educated post-sale. Further, you will maintain a professional image on the sales floor by dressing appropriately and maintaining proper hygiene.
  • Can you perform basic reporting duties? This role will entail some regular reporting responsibilities such as chemical reporting and routine end-of-day reporting.

  • 3-5 years of sales experience, or the equivalent combination of sales and business experience.
  • Knowledge of good business practices and strategic planning.
  • Customer services experience, preferably in a durable consumer goods environment.
  • Proven track record delivering a solid sales performance.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as client listening skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, owner’s operating manuals, service procedure manuals, etc.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to customer homes for site surveys and customer service calls.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel or comparable financial tool.
  • Salesforce experience a plus.
  • Workday experience a plus.
