Benefits: Continuous and on-going training and development 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays Free Birthday Lunch Lunch on the house once per month Free Parking Modern Offices Electrical vehicle charging Responsibilities of a Sales Co-Ordinator: Make effective use of the CRM system by updating and maintaining it alongside the regional tender and live projects Take ownership of customer relationships, following up and providing detailed updates to both current and potential customers in a timely manner Identify and secure new customers, accounts, and orders to drive business growth Maximise customer account expenditure within agreed credit limits to increase revenue Regularly trade with suppliers, actively re-pricing work to remain competitive in the market Seek and establish market knowledge, competitor activity, and customer trends Requirements of a Sales Co-Ordinator: Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in the building supplies sector Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to establish and maintain customer relationships effectively. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities. Proactive mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet targets and financial goals. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Results-driven and customer-oriented, with a strong focus on providing exceptional service at every touchpoint. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
