Sales Executive (Onboarding Team) The onboarding team are an outbound sales team. They are responsible for converting our prospective customers to active customers through opening an account with us. This is achieved through developing a deep understanding of our customers using our specialist sales skills. This role is a telesales role where you will be: Meeting / Exceeding your calling and sales targets. Measured by the number of first trades as this demonstrates the quality of conversation you are having Improving your Sales Skills in line with our customer centric, Internal Training Qualification This position sits on our Private Client Sales team, who are all ambitious and working to achieve their targets and help the business grow.
