Job Description

Dunbar Brown Group is delighted to be working exclusively with our Consultancy client in their search for a Sales Development Representative(SDR). The ideal candidate will be working in a lead generation role and comfortable booking in meetings for an Account Manager. Our client has offices in Glasgow, Manchester, and London so candidates must be able to commute into an office 2-3 days a week.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
  • Research and gather information on target accounts to understand their business needs and pain points.
  • Engage with prospects to educate them about our company's products/services and identify opportunities for further engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers to develop targeted outreach strategies and follow up on qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions and activities in our CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified meetings and opportunities generated.


Qualifications/Experience

  • Minimum 18 months of B2B outbound lead generation .
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving business success.


Salary is DOE with range between £30,000 - £40,000– Attractive commission package on top of this.
