Job Description

My client is a leading Content Management Solutions provider committed to delivering cutting-edge products and services to the life science. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding their customer base.

Responsibilities:

  1. Solicit and obtain orders by proactively reaching out to potential accounts and inbound leads.
  2. Understand and interpret technical requirements, providing customers with relevant technical information.
  3. Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify new sales opportunities.
  4. Build strong rapport with customers and develop long-term relationships.
  5. Prepare and present quotations to potential clients.
  6. Collaborate with Sales leads to maximize larger opportunities and ensure successful closure of smaller ones.
  7. Recommend related and new products based on customer buying history and technical features.

Requirements:

  1. Strong prospecting skills to identify and engage potential customers.
  2. Proficiency in using standard Office applications to manage sales tasks efficiently.
  3. Solid technical understanding to communicate effectively with clients.
  4. Excellent participation skills to ensure compliance in internal and external audits.
  5. Ability to establish and nurture lasting relationships with customers.
  6. Quick learner with a focus on continuous improvement and self-motivation.
  7. Customer-centric approach with outstanding people skills.
  8. Proven sales skills with experience in presenting and managing trade shows.
  9. Familiarity with company-specific software and tools.
  10. Knowledge of software companies and IT services.
