Team & Role As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Landytech, you will play a critical role in driving lead generation and contributing to our revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential sales opportunities, nurturing relationships, and collaborating with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from prospect to client. This is a dynamic and hands-on role, perfect for someone who is motivated, resilient, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, start-up environment.  What You Will be Doing Assessing and qualifying inbound leads to determine their fit and readiness for further engagement  Proactively generating new leads through various channels including, email outreach, cold calling, social media, and networking events  Scheduling meetings and product demos for the sales team, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified opportunities  Following up with prospects and leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel  Working closely with the sales, marketing, and partnerships teams to align strategies and share insights on lead quality and conversion  Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and activities in the CRM system (HubSpot)  Monitoring and reporting on key metrics, including the number of leads generated, meetings set, and conversion rates.  Your Skills & Expertise You have 1-2 years of experience in a sales development or similar role, preferably within a SaaS or fintech environment  You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred  You have strong prospecting and lead generation skills  You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills  You have proficiency in using CRM software (HubSpot preferred) and other sales tools  You have the ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude  You are highly organised with strong time management skills  You have a data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse metrics and adjust strategies accordingly  Our Benefits An opportunity to work in a fast growing fintech revolutionizing investment reporting Hybrid style of work/2 days working from our office in London Stock options, bonus & commission schemes depending on your role Private medical insurance with Bupa for you and your family members Pension Plan with NEST Cycle to Work Scheme and gym allowance Office food & drinks, regular socials If this sounds like you, we are looking forward to hearing from you!
