Our client is a market leading and highly innovative Biotech company who research, develop and manufacture a revolutionary range of bioreactor systems and related technologies. Their products have been used with great success in a wide range of life science and biopharmaceutical applications including amplification, fermentation, and cell culture. Clients are mainly in London, Cambridge, and Oxford. £70-85K plus excellent benefits package. To be successful in this role: You will be a confident and highly credible Sales Director with experience of fermentation and working with Bioreactors . You will be comfortable

selling bioreactors, instrumentation and equipment etc to the bioprocess industry. Other requirements for this role include: Degree in Life Science or equivalent Experience of sales growth and building a sales pipeline in a similar industry Experience of working with distribution channels Managing a sales team and responsible for team performance Ability to maximise sales opportunities with existing customers and extend customer base to new clients and market sectors Must be comfortable in a working from home environment Position summary: Our client is a market leader in Bioreactor technology, and they are currently looking for a Sales Director to join their team. Sales Director, you will take a

strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing all commercial operations and driving the growth of the business aligned to Board expectations.

You will support the client base, understand their organisations, and generate new opportunities to sell.

Additional

r esponsibilities for this role include: Play an active part in operational leadership, supporting business strategy and delivery and advising the Board on recommendations for growth Provide market insights to guide strategic commercial decisions Deliver and capitalise on sales opportunities Research new potential customers as well as new potential market sectors Manage distributors and work with them to develop opportunities Attend trade shows and demonstrations Help deliver new marketing initiatives and other campaigns Encourage personal development and help others to succeed Open communication and effective team-working across the business Make a proactive contribution to continuous improvement throughout the organisation Inspire a high-performing sales team, through the setting of clear targets in collaboration with the CEO.
