Our next Sales Director will enjoy the challenge of developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans to achieve Arrow ECS ANZ’s financial targets. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the ANZ sales team and maximizing its potential, building strong long-term relationships with our customers and understanding customer trends and needs. We’re looking for a candidate who has excellent communication and negotiation skills. The most important thing though is, we are looking for somebody who is a high-achieving leader, works collaboratively with others and will be able to grow our business by developing and implementing relevant strategies for our ANZ sales organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and hit/exceed annual ANZ sales targets
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
  • Effectively communicate Arrow ECS ANZ value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Understand vendor-specific landscapes and trends
  • Reporting on factors that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Manager or Sales Director
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors
  • Demonstrable experience developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
