We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Sales Effectiveness Analyst. Role Purpose: The Sales Effectiveness Aanlyst role is critical in supporting the Global Sales Effectiveness team in driving key sales management insight and analytics to support the global private bank business. This involves shaping and delivering effective and insightful sales peformance and sales management MI across the full client conituum, helping drive commercial performance. Principal Responsibilities Supporting the development and delivery of centralised sales performance and sales management MI across the GPB business. This will include developments needed to integrate additional PB booking centres into centralised reporting processes, integration of the data available via Client Continuum Reporting (CCR) into existing suite of GPB Sales Effectiveness reporting and supporting the migration of existing reporting datasets onto IHub. Finding opportunities to optimise existing reporting processes, driving best practice in terms of process efficiency, report design and delivery Ensuring data quality and consistency across key centralised reporting processes, including Client Lifecycle Management (CLCM) and front office sales performance Supporting the product owner in the maintenance and migration of Pipeline and Client Planning modules from legacy platforms onto new strategic solutions Working with SMEs to understand GPB data structure and architecture to inform the development of new analytical and insight tools Supporting broader Sales Effectiveness objectives including CRM rollout, sales operating rhythm design, local sales initiatives, pipeline management and insight Experience Possess strong financial and analytical skills, with a focus on using data to deliver commercial insight and drive business performance Must have financial services experience, Private Banking preferable Advanced Excel knowledge critical, with knowledge of programming (SAS, Python) and dashboard tools (e.g. Qliksense) advantageous Proven ability to deliver efficient and scalable reporting solutions whilst working with multiple stakeholders Reporting optimisation experience is essential Finance reporting Sales analytics / Sales Management Have a proven track record of adding value in global and matrix organisations Possess high integrity, with excellent communications skills, capable of engaging and managing multiple stakeholders across geographies If you think you are up for the task and feel you meet the above criteria or interested to hear more information, please contact me on Amy.walkertapfin.com Please note, in the event of a high volume of applications for this role, we will not be able to respond to each individual applicant.
