Job Description

Sales Executive Location: Chester Salary: £19,500 to £20,500 basic salary plus uncapped commission Hours: Monday to Thursday 9am till 5pm, Friday 9am till 3:30pm (34 hours per week). Part-time hours are also available. Job Type: Permanent Office based. Position Overview: Our client is a family business working with hospices, hospitals, and other charities to provide them with free of charge publications, helping them to fundraise and continue their vital work.  The main duties of a Sales Executive are: • Deliver excellent service and achieve sales through engaging with business clients. • Make initial contact with key decision makers and build a business relationship. • Use a consultative sales approach to identify suitable products and services to meet client needs. • Listen and understand the client's needs to ensure a tailored solution. • Manage diary and sales pipeline of prospects. • Accurately log all calls and keep the CRM system up to date. • Effectively account manage your current clients to ensure client satisfaction and maximum profitability. • Speaking to companies about advertising in publications to help support local and national charities fundraising. To be considered for this position you must possess the following: • Preferred but no essential to come from a sales background. • Telephone confident. • Have a high work ethic and be a target driven individual. • Excellent organisational skills. • Basic IT skills.
