Holt Recruitment are recruiting for a Sales Executive for an electrical business based inPoole. Our client is a small business in need of a salesperson that is confident on the phone and has the ability to set up meetings for the MD's to close the sale.The Ideal candidates would have sales experience within the sales industry.

Duties as a Sales Executive:
- Developing strong relationships with existing clients and growing key accounts.
- Targeting new business through lead generation and cold calling
- Seek out new business through market researching
- Obtaining enquires from existing and potential customers
- Booking sales meetings for the owners to close the sale
- Be self-motivated
- Confident in bringing on new business
- Ability to build great relationships
- At least 1 year of sales experience
- Competitive commission structure
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
