We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to drive growth and expand our client base in the fund administration sector. Our company is a global leader in providing tailored solutions to asset managers, private equity, real estate, and institutional investors. Responsibilities: Identify and engage prospective clients in the fund administration and asset management sectors, focusing on private equity, real estate, and institutional investment markets. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the UK. Present and demonstrate our suite of fund administration, corporate, and compliance services to prospective clients, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs. Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, ensuring timely follow-ups and excellent customer engagement. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including CFOs, fund managers, and other decision-makers within asset management firms. Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, compliance, and technology, to deliver client-specific solutions that align with their operational and regulatory requirements. Maintain a deep understanding of the fund administration industry, keeping up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads. Requirements: 5+ years of sales experience in the financial services industry, specifically within fund administration or related services (e.g., corporate services, private equity, real estate, institutional investment). Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong network of industry contacts. Deep understanding of fund structures, regulatory requirements, and the operational needs of asset managers. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to craft customized solutions that meet client requirements.
