Bramley Health are looking for a self-motivated, organised individual to join their team as a Sales Ledger Manager. The role of Sales Ledger Manager is essential to the functioning of our homes and business. Managing funding and payments can impact the care we provide, so it is important its in the right hands! About us Bramley Health is a specialist health and social care provider. We support men and women of working age who pose variations of mental health challenges within our homes, to maximise their independence to live a meaningful and fulfilling life. We have a total of 8 homes that are operational located around the Southeast of England, with more being renovated to open in due course. About the role As part of the sales ledger team, your primary role will be ensuring the smooth, end to end running of sales ledger and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will be initiative-taking with a can-do attitude, possessing strong organisational skills, and a professional approach with a prominent level of discretion. The role is far removed from a comparable role in sales, due to the intricacies and complexity of our client database. Hence the right candidate is key. Responsibilities • Managing and raising invoices and maintaining service users records • Administering and collection of due/overdue accounts receivable • Forming a principal role within the department for reconciliation of sales ledger control accounts • A front-runner in allocating and reconciling service users personal allowance accounts • Other duties requested by the company from time to time Key skills • Previous sales ledger experience is essential, ideally within a senior role • Experience if sage 50 accounts • Intermediate understanding of Microsoft excel • Competent to deal with an elevated level of complex debt issues and prioritise accordingly • Demonstrable excellent interpersonal and communication skills • History of positive prioritisation and the ability to juggle a busy workload and meet tight deadlines Benefits • Training and development opportunities • Retail discounts including food shopping, clothes, electronics • Travel discounts for holidays • Energy bill savings • Online courses virtual, live and interactive to upskill yourself • Help the planet, plant trees, save turtles! • 24/7 confidential counselling If you are interested in the role, please apply now or contact us directly.
