PEAR Recruitment - Sales & Lettings Negotiator - Croydon
Basic Salary £25,000 – £27,000 plus commission for Sales and Car Allowance OTE £45,000

The ideal candidate will bring a track record of success in the property industry, with a particular flair for engaging with clients and closing deals. A solid understanding of property valuation principles. Your ability to progress sales with efficiency and accuracy will be matched by your talent for delivering exceptional customer service during viewings.
