Seeking a Sales and Lettings Negotiator for our well established, ethical, and high performing Estate Agency group, who are opening shop in Bolton You will have access to a pipeline of new build stock, as well as the fabulous re sale market in Bolton - rewarding you with healthy set commission amounts, NO OFFICE THRESHOLD, whilst working in an amazing modern office, this opportunity will allow you to work in the right way as well as increase your earnings (I guarantee its considerably more than other Estate Agents in the area) You will need to be either a Sales Negotiator, or Lettings Negotiator currently, either side you don't know, can be taught Salary £23-25,000 per annum Commission - Amazing set amounts per let, re-sale sales and new homes sales. Working Monday - Friday 9am-5pm (unheard of in Estate Agency) Saturday rota - 10am-4pm (where you work a Saturday you well get a full day back in lieu the week after) You MUST have: A driving License Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator or Lettings Negotiator in Estate Agency. An ace sense of humour A happy positive can do mindset Motivation to do well and self driven Work well with others Always keep the customer's experience and wellbeing at the forefront be an ethical customer service led sales person, no sales cowboys or cowgirls here The role: You will welcome, register and deal with enquiries (Via phone, email and face-to-face) on a daily basis, accurately and is a caring professional manner You will book and conduct viewings in the Bolton area Obtain and relay thorough viewing feedback Book Valuations for the Branch Manager Make offers on properties for sale on behalf of your buyer Negotiate offers between Vendors and Buyers Sales Progression - keep all parties thoroughly informed throughout the buying/ selling process Liaise with Solicitors throughout the sales process. Assist the Branch Manager with new business Conduct viewings for rental properties and feedback appropriately Agree lets and liaise efficiently with the Property Management team.
