Sales & Lettings Negotiator - Beckenham
Basic Salary £19,000 plus commission £25,000 - £35,000 OTE plus car allowance
Our client based in Beckenham a rapidly expanding Estate Agency. A busy independent based in the borough of Bromley. They have worked hard to build a trusted reputation in the local area and offer a bespoke service that combines contemporary techniques with traditional values. They are currently looking for a trainee or experienced Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their busy team, if you put customer service at the forefront of what you do, are you organised and efficient then this maybe the perfect opportunity for you.

Key responsibilities:
- Provide a friendly and professional service.
- Arrange, organise, and conduct viewings.
- Achieve all daily and weekly targets.
- Register new applicants, manage, update, and maintain regular contact with existing applicants.
- Advise, update and maintain excellent relationship with landlords on all lettings requirements.
Proven Specification:
- Must have a full UK driving licence and own car.
- Must live locally or within a reasonable commute of the office.
- Well presented with excellent customer service skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
