Job Description
Position : Sales Manager, New Business Manager
Sector : Environmental and sustainability consultancy
Location : 100% remote. Some travel will be required to client sites and to exhibitions / conferences including international. England / UK preferred
Salary : £42,000 plus bonus to start. Progression to Head of Sales in 6-12 months if successful
Experience : experience of the sale of services within the environmental, sustainability, renewable energy, net zero, carbon reduction sectors is very much preferred
This role is 100% remote / home based apart from travel will be required to client sites and to exhibitions / conferences including international and infrequent company meetings in the UK. You MUST have the right to live and work in the UK. We cannot offer any visa support or sponsorship.

About You
- Definitely a hunter, a new business focussed individual. This is not simply a role for an account manager.
- Fluent written and spoken English language skills, able to speak clearly and to explain things concisely to people for whom English is not their native tongue
- A qualification or genuine interest in environmental issues and sustainability is vital
- The client base and prospects are truly international and will require flexibility of working hours to allow for different time zones
- Previous experience of the sale of services, consultancy, training etc is very much preferred
- Experience with CRM systems in essential
- Happy to attend conferences, exhibitions etc and to network and seek out opportunities proactively
- A self starter, self motivated and able to work with little or no management input
