Sales Manager – B2B and Workplace
£40,000 - £50,000 plus travel allowance, bonus, extensive benefits package including comprehensive healthcare.
Covering South East with a focus on London

An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Manager to join the business who will be responsible for the entire portfolio across multiple channels with a focus on B2B and Workplace.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building strong relationships with customers, solidifying them as a committed client by providing a full end to end solution
- Positively promoting the product portfolio, ensuring your tailoring approach dependent on the individual
- Focus on winning new accounts, negotiate and manage commercial agreements
- Work collaboratively with the wider team, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention in addition to account growth.
It’s critical that this individual is also passionate about their mission and aligned with the Sustainability goals. You can really make a difference here and everyone in the business is involved in decision making, there’s opportunity to be heard and champion your own vision and values.
This candidate will ideally have experience selling a food or drinks brand but most importantly the capability and approach to liaise with key stakeholders at all levels.
