Sales Manager | Agriculture | Remote/Field-Based Join a team that's helping to transform the agricultural industry with Field Margin, a UK-based hybrid-remote company that's making farm management simple and accessible. We're seeking a Sales Manager to join their team and help take their enterprise sales to the next level. About Our Client Developed in response to widespread dissatisfaction with costly and outdated solutions available in the market, our client developed a cloud-based, mobile-first farm management system. Utilized by farmers globally, it enables them to track all aspects of their farm operations and across a diverse range of farming systems. Due to the positive feedback from farmers, they are now focused on expanding to the next level. About the Role You will be responsible for selling innovative farm management software to large agricultural businesses that want to implement the software across their farms or among their farmer customers. In this role, you will take ownership of our existing sales pipeline and manage the entire process from identifying potential leads to closing deals. You will not be starting from scratch, but rather building upon their current momentum and driving them to new heights. Initially a 6-month contract, with all going well will become permanent Up to £25-£35k basic DOE + Generous Commission (Up to 100% OTE) 25 days holiday Private health insurance Ideal Candidate To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3 years of sales experience, be comfortable working with contracts ranging from £10k to £500k+, and have a good understanding of the agricultural industry. You should be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and who's able to work collaboratively with other team members.
