Manager - Medical Devices

The role: As the new Sales Manager you will lead a team of 5 individuals and work cross-functionally with other departments in the UK and abroad to deliver sales growth. Using your sharp data analysis skills to identify high potential growth areas, you'll play a key role in the Senior Leadership Team for the medical business unit within this multi-billion dollar organisation. You'll have full responsibility for financial forecasting, delivering the sales strategy, coaching your team, and working collaboratively with colleagues to drive campaigns. This is a hybrid position working 3 days per week from the company head office in Hertfordshire.

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

· Sales Management experience ideally within the healthcare sector

· Strategic data analysis skills

· Experience of handling high value tender and managing sizeable contracts

· Excellent communication skills

· A highly motivated and dynamic personality

Package:
