This leadership position is ideal for an experienced sales professional with a strong track record in driving growth across the EMEA region. The Head of Sales will play a pivotal role in expanding the brand's footprint, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing a high-performing team to achieve revenue goals. Sales Leadership: Lead and manage sales efforts across the EMEA region, setting and exceeding sales targets to drive regional revenue growth. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the region, aligning with the company’s overall business goals and ensuring successful market penetration. Team Management: Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of success and accountability while driving individual and collective performance. Identify new business opportunities within key markets, expanding partnerships and opening new distribution channels to grow the brand’s presence in the skincare sector. Oversee expansion into new countries and regions, ensuring a strategic approach to market entry while managing local regulations and consumer needs. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment between sales objectives and brand positioning. Financial Management: Manage the sales budget for the region, optimizing resources to maximize ROI and ensure efficient allocation of resources. Track and report on sales performance, using data to inform decision-making and adjust strategies to capitalize on growth opportunities. Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture key relationships with distributors, retailers, and other strategic partners to drive long-term success. 8+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of success in the beauty, skincare, or consumer goods industry. ~ Experience managing sales across the EMEA region, with a deep understanding of the local markets and consumer behavior. ~ Sales Skills: Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic sales plans, driving growth, and leading high-performing teams. ~ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making. ~ Travel Requirements: Ability to travel extensively across the EMEA region as needed.
