Sales Manager | Remote WORKING | Full Time | £25,000 - £40,000 depending on experience Founded in 1982, our client is manufacturer of precision engineered components and special and non standard fasteners predominantly to the defence industry and to aerospace standard. Our client is looking for a hard working and enthusiastic individual to develop the sales function of the business. Developing new customers and existing , as well as looking to develop products in to new industries at home and abroad. To succeed in this role, you will have experience leading a sales department to achieve its goals. You will develop a sales team, coordinate sales operations and implement sales techniques that allow the business to meet and surpass its sales targets consistently. Ability to communicate, inspire and motivate Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close and to achieve targets, Excellent mentoring, coaching and good people management skills Excellent time management skills to maximise their ability to reach goals Ability to identify, recruit and hire a talented sales team What will your role as a Sales Manager look like? Developing and implementing strategic sales plans that expand a company's customer base and solidify its presence Achieving growth and hitting sales targets Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts Building and promoting healthy, long-lasting customer relations by partnering with them Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies and programmes to capture key demographics Providing daily reports of field sales success and communicating the Voice of the Customer (VOC) data to superiors What can you expect in return?
