The Role:

An exciting opportunity has opened up for a highly organised Sales and Marketing Administrator to join the lively and dynamic marketing team at a premium spirits company based in NW London. This role blends administrative and communication skills with a passion for premium spirits. Working closely with the Marketing Director, you'll ensure that the Brand and Sales Managers have all the tools they need to help the distributor partners around the world achieve their goals, focusing on the EMEA, UK, USA, APAC, and GTR markets.

The Person:

They are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail and top-notch customer service skills. You'll work closely with the Sales and Marketing Team to help them and their partners meet sales targets. Great communication skills are a must, as you'll be interacting with customers and coordinating with production and logistics teams. They need someone reliable, good at multitasking, and dedicated to keeping the Sales and Marketing team running smoothly. You'll play a key role in shaping the future of the business. You would ideally have around 1+ years similar sales & marketing admin experience under your belt.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support Marketing Activities: Be the link between marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure distributor partners and customers have everything they need to grow the brands and boost sales.
  • Collaborate with PR Team: Make sure press, writers, and influencers get samples of new releases, and develop campaigns to maximize press coverage of brands.
  • Manage POS Database: Create and maintain a database for point-of-sale materials.
  • Create Marketing Assets: Help the Marketing and Sales teams with creating marketing assets, meeting set deadlines.
  • Support Export Orders: Assist the sales team with export orders, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with required documentation.
  • Assist Customers: Handle customer inquiries and provide product details, managing customer services inbox.
  • Manage Inventory: Keep track of export product inventory and coordinate with teams to maintain stock levels.
  • Research Markets: Help the sales team research trends, new markets, and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Prepare Sales Reports: Create sales reports and analyse data to improve sales performance.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with travel arrangements, presentations, expenses, and other administrative tasks for the Marketing and Sales team.
