Sales & Marketing Business Partner - £33,000-£35,000 depending on experience

Excelcare are a family-owned care home provider operating for over 32 years. We have care and nursing homes, a supported housing business and a home care operation in East London. There is an exciting opportunity for a Sales & Marketing Business Partner to join our fun & hardworking Sales & Marketing Team our Support Office based in Bromley, Kent.

You will work closely with our Director of Sales, Marketing, Engagement & Wellbeing to develop and implement effective sales & marketing strategies to increase our occupancy and revenue for our care homes. This will also include identifying and pursing new business opportunities.

What you can expect:

• Mon-Fri – 9.00-05.30pm

Main Responsibilities:

• Working on key projects within the remit of Sales & Marketing
• Ensuring our brand values and culture are understood and reflected in all materials created.
• Supporting regional leads with EMS, Sales & Marketing training, as and when required.
• Working closely with the Director of Sales, Marketing, Engagement & Wellbeing to create new media (images and videos) including group templates, promotions, advertisements, and social media artwork.
• Liaising with suppliers to create new sales and marketing materials for our print portfolio and building awareness of what is available to our wider team, and ensuring materials are kept up to date.
• Assisting homes with carehome.co.uk training and updates – supporting care homes to increase their review score, and promoting good reviews received via social media.
• Supporting with the organisation and promotion of promotional events i.e., incentives, webinars, open days, and working with regional leads to promote home-specific events.
• Scheduled creation and distribution of group quarterly newsletter this also includes completion of relevant reports.
• Supporting in the creation and communication of guidance materials around showcasing homes and sales and marketing processes.
• Supporting regional leads in competitor analysis and the development of Marketing plans for our care homes, where needed. Site visits to support homes or regional teams as and when required.
• Branding and formatting of documents, where required.
• Joint line management of team apprentice administrator.
• Working with the Sales & Marketing team to ensure the company website is kept up to date.
• Working closely with the team to organise and support internal events, for example, annual awards and team appreciation events.

Skills and experience:

• Previous Sales experience is essential (2 years minimum)
• You will have experience in Adobe Creative Cloud
• Excellent written English skills with an exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work on projects independently and present back to Senior management
• Care background would be preferable but will consider candidates with a passion for social care.
