My client is looking for someone like you to drive revenue, manage marketing activities, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to attract individual customers, groups, and corporate clients.
- Relationship Building: Connect with local businesses, colleges, and community organizations to boost group bookings.
- Customer Engagement: Respond to inquiries and provide detailed information through various communication channels.
- Booking Management: Ensure a seamless customer experience from availability to payment collection.
- Event Coordination: Work with operations to ensure smooth execution of bookings and events.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records using our CRM system.
- Marketing Collaboration: Engage with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns.
- Market Analysis: Monitor trends and competitor activities to enhance the customer experience and boost sales.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a sales or marketing management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and online booking systems.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Local market knowledge and network in the Kingston area is a plus.
