Sales Marketing Manager Job In London

Role: Sales & Marketing Manager

Location: Central London (Hybrid)

Salary: Up to £50,000 + Bonus

I am currently looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager for a late-night bar / hospitality group based in London, with sites across the UK. Established and much love multi-faceted destination venues.

Role Responsibilities

Deliver and implement the annual sales and marketing strategy

Provide sales data, targets, and performance metrics, streamlining existing sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the division

Drive additional revenue through the introduction of sales initiatives to drive footfall, sales, and brand equity

Networking with third-party and event promoters to generate revenue

Being creative and proactive in devising marketing campaigns for the division, driving sales across multiple venues

Monitoring and evaluating all Key Performance Indicators, especially additional sales growth

Manage the central marketing budget

Build solid relationships with key drink and food suppliers to deliver brand activation and supplier activity

Execute the food development strategy

Lead the digital strategy for the brands including website, CRM, Social, and content strategy

Develop and maximise third-party relationships in conjunction with key internal stakeholders to deliver on-brand objectives and strategies

Working closely with the Operations Manager to drive budget sales and like-for-like growth

A track record in delivering sales, preferably in the hospitality sector with experience of late night businesses preferred, demonstrating the ability to develop and expand sales.
