Sales Negotiator
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £22,074 (+ Commission)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 Hours a day
Location: Officed based, Liverpool City centre

Joining a great team as a Sales Negotiator, where you will play a crucial role in shaping the first impression of the business for both purchasers and vendors. As the 'face' of our company, you will be the initial point of contact, setting the standard for excellence. Your primary focus will be on driving new business and revenue, kickstarting the entire sales process. Main purposes of the role:

  • Deal with enquires both over the phone and via email
  • Continued contact/feedback to vendors in relation to the marketing and sale process
  • Conduct viewings with potential purchasers
  • Secure Sales on Available Properties by negotiating offers
  • Comply with Anti money laundering regulations
  • Maintain and regularly update the availability lists and sales information.
  • Maintain and regularly update the window displays
  • Answer the telephones within company service guidelines.
  • Attending to walk in enquiries
  • Attending to email enquiries
  • Logging in Keys for new instructions
  • Liaise with Valuer and Branch Manager in respect of sales progression as well as ensuring that all parties are kept informed at all stages.
  • Diary management
  • To establish a successful relationship with Vendors and purchasers.

  • Number of Sales
  • Number of Exchanges and completions and fee levels.
  • Vendor feedback
  • Purchaser feedback


Measurable Outputs:
The success of a Sales Negotiator can be measured in several quantitative ways:-

  • Number of Sales per month
  • Number of exchanges.
  • Number of completions.
  • Amount of revenue generated from banked sales.
  • Time taken to respond to enquiries
  • Time taken to follow up viewings.


It can also be measured in the following qualitative ways:

  • Rapport and feedback with and from Vendors/Potential Vendors
  • Rapport with Purchasers/Potential Purchasers
  • Ability to keep all marketing materials updated.
