As a Sales Negotiator working at Reeds Rains, we are proud to offer:£22,000 - £25,000 per annum OTE (On Target Earning) £17,500 Basic Salary plus commission A 5-day working week 25 days holiday excluding bank holidays Loyalty days for length of service Company pension Company events ARLA/Propertymark qualifications. Opportunity for career progression In the role of a Negotiator you will:Register Customers and carry out property matchesGenerate and conduct property viewingsNegotiate offers between all partiesMaximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)Display excellent customer service at all timesAs a target driven individual you will ideally have experience within the Lettings industry and have relevant and up to date Lettings legislation knowledge.A full UK driving license is essential.
