Role: Sales Negotiator
Proper Recruitment are excited to be working with one of London’s largest independent estate agents to assist with sourcing a sales negotiator for their top performing office in Earlsfield, South West London.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
- Conducting viewings and market appraisals
- Negotiating offers and closing sales
- Providing expert advice to clients
- Working closely with other members of the team to achieve targets
- Staying up to date with the property market and industry trends
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, preferably within the property sector
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- A full UK driving licence
Salary:
On Target Earnings [OTE]
